Coastal Clean-ups are regularly being held by communities participated by children, fisher folks, women, schools, etc. A “Save our Seas Advocate” ensures that there will be no trash/garbage left in shorelines of Island Village of Municipality of Cuyo, Agutaya and Magsaysay, Palawan.

Reef Check Monitoring & Fish Visual Census
Marine Protected Areas are being maintained and monitored by community organizations themselves to make sure that the natural resources are being protected and conserved. A MPA Advocate will take part during Reef Check Surveys and Fish Count Monitoring of members of Bantay Dagat (Ocean Watch) in various assisted Barangay with MPAs.

Summer Remedial Classes
This 2017, ASF will start its remedial classes for incoming Senior High School students in Manamoc National High School depending on the field/subject they are in need of assistance.

ASF’s Livelihood & Enterprise Development Program aims to provide assistance to those who operate small businesses through technical trainings.

Annual Health Caravan
Annual Health Caravan is being held in different island-barangays in Quiniluban Group of Islands in North Eastern Palawan. A Medical Recording Officer will take charge in encoding medical records of patients.

Storytelling for Day Care Students
Every child has the right to enjoy good books. A Storytelling session promotes reading to students which will be included in classes for Day Care students.

Afterschool Learning
Help students from low-income communities in Northern Palawan succeed in school by tutorial lessons after class. An afterschool tutor will teach a child/children 1-2 hours after school hours on basic subjects such as Math, Science and English.

Doctors for Small Islands Project
Isolated communities experience barriers to healthcare that limit their ability to get the care they need. In order for residents to have sufficient healthcare access they would need to travel for hours through boat as there are no doctors assigned in their barangays.

Practicing doctors preferably Family Medicine or General Practitioner AND Internist, he/she will provide medical consultations and other medical services for coastal communities for 1 week per month
Art Activities for Cancer Patients
An Arts Workshop will be held for cancer patients in Pedia Ward in Cancer Institute- PGH to give encouragement and entertainment to kids while enhancing their creativity and skills. An Art Facilitator will provide materials and hold an art session for kids with Cancer depending on their availability.
